The Structured Health Progression System™

CoreMD was built on structured clinical governance, physician-guided care, and, when clinically appropriate, continuous monitoring.

Not every condition requires intensive tracking.
At CoreMD, monitoring is applied selectively, where it meaningfully improves outcomes.

Assessment Precision

Every patient begins with a detailed physician-led evaluation, including clinical context, risk profile, and individualized treatment strategy.

Continuous Monitoring (Obesity Program Only)

For patients enrolled in the CoreMD Obesity Program, care includes a structured continuous monitoring system designed to improve outcomes through:

  • Real-time weight and body composition tracking

  • Behavioral and appetite monitoring

  • Structured physician checkpoints

  • Accountability systems that support adherence

This system is delivered through an integrated digital health platform and is specific to obesity care, where longitudinal tracking is essential for success.

Patient Accountability Loop

Clear goals, defined follow-up intervals, and physician-guided decision-making transform intention into a structured clinical process.

Evidence-Guided Intervention

Care is tailored using evidence-based medicine, including lifestyle strategies, pharmacologic therapy when appropriate, and structured follow-up.

This is not reactive care. This is engineered care.

Structured follow-up

For all other CoreMD programs (Hair Loss, PrEP, and future services), care is delivered through structured medical follow-up and physician oversight, without unnecessary monitoring systems.

Each condition is managed according to its clinical needs, not through a one-size-fits-all model.
