3. Scope of Services & Service Limitations

CoreMD Clinic provides non-emergency medical services exclusively through telemedicine using secure virtual platforms.

CoreMD Clinic does not provide emergency medical care.
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, you must immediately contact 911 or local emergency services.

Certain medical conditions may not be appropriate for virtual assessment. CoreMD physicians reserve the right to recommend in-person care, diagnostic testing, specialist referral, or emergency evaluation when clinically indicated.

4. Collection of Personal Information

We collect personal and personal health information necessary to provide safe, effective, and compliant medical care, including:

  • Technical interruptions may occur

  • Care may be declined if virtual care is clinically inappropriate

Consent may be withdrawn at any time, subject to professional, legal, and clinical obligations.
