13. Independent Practice and Institutional Separation
CoreMD Clinic operates as an independent medical practice.

Without limitation:
All services are delivered independently
All patient records, communications, and billing are maintained in separate systems
No patient data, infrastructure, or operational resources are shared with other institutions
This separation is maintained to ensure compliance with professional obligations, including guidance from the Canadian Medical Protective Association (CMPA) and CPSO.
14. Non-Solicitation and Patient Autonomy
CoreMD Clinic does not:
Solicit patients from other medical practices
Access or utilize external patient databases
Induce or encourage transfer of care without appropriate clinical justification
Patients access CoreMD Clinic services:
Voluntarily
Through publicly available channels
Without inducement tied to other clinical relationships
Nothing on this Website is intended to interfere with existing physician-patient relationships.
15. Continuity of Care and Non-Interference
CoreMD Clinic services are intended to complement, not replace, existing medical care where applicable.
Patients are advised to:
Maintain relationships with their primary healthcare providers
Disclose participation in CoreMD programs to other providers
CoreMD assumes no responsibility for:
Care provided outside its defined scope
Coordination with external providers unless expressly agreed
16. Independent Billing Structure
All CoreMD Clinic services:
Are privately billed unless explicitly stated otherwise
Are not integrated with publicly funded healthcare billing systems (e.g., OHIP), unless applicable
Operate independently from any other clinic’s billing structure
No overlap exists in financial arrangements between CoreMD Clinic and other institutions.
17. Modifications
CoreMD reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
18. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with:
